Thanks for including me Jacqueline! I never thought I would make your Foodie Friday list and am glad that when I did, it was for eating mindfully and with a goal in mind. Your support meant the world to me during the Paleo challenge and made it much easier to deal with the sugar cravings.
(Although you did ask me to buy you a ginger snap cookie and carry it back to the office…which turned out to be one of the hardest moments of the challenge for me, btw.)
